We use only quality ingredients, hand mix every cake, bake to perfection in rack ovens, and deliver our product right to the business address of your choice via UPS. We offer you a choice of two sizes of cake - a small cake appropriate for retail sales, and a larger, service size cake that is perfect for coffee shops, bistros, delis, and catering services. We also offer several flavors of 3.4 ounce mini cakes for your grab and go section.

We offer COD services, no-charge pre-slicing services (large cakes only), signage, and advertising materials at no cost to you, press release service for special events featuring our cake, and interface with our customer service team. If you regularly order our small cake for retail sale, we will even help advertise your business by placing your business name on our Store Locator listing at no charge to you.

How do I qualify for your wholesale program?

Only established businesses qualify for our wholesale program. We require potential wholesalers to contact us via telephone for further instructions on how to qualify for this program. Qualification procedures may include requesting information on your company letterhead, providing us your Federal Tax Identification Number, identifying your company Website and URL, and supplying us with a valid point of contact, and business telephone number.

How do I get your product?

After wholesale account approval, you may simply place your order - we’ll take care of the rest! We offer toll free calling, email, fax, and Web ordering options. We also offer our courtesy "Call List" service, where our customer service representatives will contact you regularly to ensure you have enough product on hand. You decide the frequency of the calls (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) - whatever suits your business needs. You may pay with a major credit card or apply for a line of credit with our Accounting Department. Please call us; we'd be happy to explain your ordering options to you.

Must I place a minimum order?

You may order as few as eight small cakes or six large cakes per order. Our small cakes are packed in cases of sixteen each and our large cakes are packed in cases of ten each. We do offer volume discounts for minimum orders of 160 cakes.

The minimum order for our mini cakes is six cases (nine mini cakes to a case for a total of 54).

Do I pay shipping charges?

Our wholesale prices for our small and large cakes do include all ground shipping charges. Please be aware that cakes shipped via UPS ground from our bakery in Boston may take up to 5 business days in transit. If you are located in a 4 - 5 day transit zone from zip code 02136 you may request upgraded shipping to UPS 3 Day Select at an additional charge. The charges will be

  • $20 per full case shipping fee applied to each case of small or large cakes delivered to those states when orders are shipped via UPS 3 day services
  • $15 per partial case shipping fee applied to each case of small or large cakes delivered to those states when orders are shipped via UPS 3 day services

These upgrade charges are not mandatory and you may waive the upgrade service verbally or in writing. We do offer ground services to those locations at no extra cost. Please call us for time in transit information for your location so that you may arrange for the delivery method that is best for you.
Our mini cakes incur shipping charges depending upon delivery location. Please call for a quote.

Do you have a drop ship program?

We do have an active drop ship program, utilized by major retailers, specialty shops, gift basket, and catalog companies throughout the United States. Call 888-847-2636 or email our customer service department for details.

What is the difference between our regular box and a catalog box?

Our regular box and our catalog box are almost identical, except that your customers will not find our company phone number and our Website address on a catalog box. This type of box may be preferable for drop-ship or catalog customers, as we prefer that your customer return to you for future transactions.

What is a generic box?

A generic box is a plain, white box that may also be used to ship our cake. This box is an attractive choice for those wholesalers or distributors who would like to private label our cake and re-sell it under another brand name. There is an upcharge for each small and large generic box ordered and a special SKU.
