How do I establish a corporate account?

Please email Kathy Pimental, Office Manager, or call her at 888-847-2636 x206. You will be required to provide us your business name, address, phone number, and your position within the business so that we may validate your status.

How and when do I place my order?

You may place your order in a variety of different methods. We accept orders via phone, email, fax or mail delivery (USPS, FedEx or UPS). When ordering for delivery to more than seven different addresses we request that we have the order in some type of written form, preferably an Excel Spreadsheet. This way we are able to verify all information regarding recipients and gift information while reducing the opportunity for input error.

I ordered my corporate gifts from you last year and I want to pretty much repeat my order. How do I do that?

We make repeat giving a cinch! We will be happy to provide you a list of recipients who received your tasteful gift on your last order (or on any order you have placed with us). You may check your order for accuracy and return it to us with any additions, corrections, or deletions. We take care of the rest! As with anything, the earlier you are able to plan for your gift giving, the better. We are a bake to order business and we do get quite busy during the holiday season. The sooner we can schedule your cake into our baking rotation, the better chance of obtaining the shipping date that you desire.
